It may be a window in the background called "283.pdf" and will load very slowly.
Minimize the magazine window and see if the pdf load window is now there.
Then you have to save the downloaded PDF to your hard drive.

Absolutely correct...The popup blocker was the culprit..kinda weird as I had never had a problem before, AND I had specifically "allowed" rcreport.net in my popup blocker but it was no longer in there...I can only think that maybe one of the "updates" cleared those "allowed" sites. when you click on download PDF, a window should come up..The PDF download is 12 Mb...
If no window, then you have some sort of blocker on your system. Check for tools and such in any search bars like google, bing, yahoo and the like.

Has something changed recently? I can't seem to download the pdf's any more...tried various months, and two different browsers..didn't want to do anything...when I click on :download PDF, it does nothing...
